Once Windows had restarted, I checked ShutUp10 again, and the same setting had been changed AGAIN! Telemetry (2 of 3) was enabled again, even though I'd just reverted the change and disabled it.

You can restart your computer right now by clicking Restart Windows. You do not have to do this right away, but you should do it once you have completed your work so that the new settings can be applied. Some settings were changed which require a system restart.

Before it closed, it showed me the following message, I reverted the change, disabling Telemetry (2 of 3) and then tried to close ShutUp10. Under the heading Security, the setting "Telemetry disabled (2 of 3)" had turned red, meaning that Telemetry (2 of 3) was now enabled. I use O&O ShutUp10, and every time Windows 10 automatically updates, I turn on ShutUp10 to see if any changes have been made to the configuration.
